Site:
An existing dwelling on a steeply sloping and rocky site. Problem Statement: To maximize the usable space on the upper and lower levels of the property and design a pool and hot tub that will integrate with the existing modern residence and steeply sloping site. Design Solution: We worked with the client to design a swimming pool that would also be a dramatic feature for the property. The pool relates closely to the house and accentuates the prospect from the residence while providing good access and functional space across the property. |
